Sounds like an exciting game, the 4th grade major semi also went to extra time and I think someone said Joondalup v Rocky also. Some good close games just what you want from finals.
Out of interest what happens if the game is still tied after extra time? Team higher on ladder goes through? Sudden death?

In semi/prelim finals the team that finished higher on the ladder goes through.
In the grand final the spoils are shared; so I found out last year in 4th Blue.
Golden point instead of extra time?
In the grandies there is an allowance for extra time before the next game starts, except U/18's of course, as they are not permitted to play more than 70 minutes, so there's no chance of extra time and/or "golden point".
If there is no score within that time if we went to "golden point" then all the teams playing after that match would be re-scheduled and pretty much everyone would get the irrits.
RugbyWA would be extremely put out by game day re-scheduling, I reckon. It was bad enough that they only had enough medallions for one team after the 4th Blue GF last year
i'm sure that they can figure something out. re-play the following week, delay the game next game by 10 minutes etc etc... team with the most tries in the match would be an easy one, then most conversions, then penalties, then flip a coin

Gotta have finals done before Mad Monday, so no chance to delay it by a week.
