"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!" - Rocky Balboa
Just thought Sydney & Brisbane would be equal, thought they had about the same level of grassroots support.

BOKKE“Let me put it this way, A Springbok team contains Afrikaners, Englishmen, coloureds and blacks. It has parochial foes in Bulls, Sharks, Stormers, Cheetahs and Lions. It is a recipe for war! Yet in all the years of John Smit’s captaincy, there has never been one unhappy customer, not one voice of rebellion against his leadership. He is the glue that holds the Springboks together. The man is a legend!”- Jake White
I'm pretty sure Exile meant that in a humourous sense, essentially saying he would like to see more live Force games, but unfortunately he is stuck in the same place as WJ and MS.
At least thats my reading of it.

One post expressing disappointment is fine but three becomes whingeing. We do NOT deserve more games and cannot justify more until we have a RECTANGLE stadium that seats more than 50,000 people (or multipurpose, like Stadium Australia or whatever its called this year).
Here are some reasons that Sydney will have the tests this year:
1. Sydney has an 80,000 seat stadium. That’s 40,000 more tickets that can be sold to a single game (i.e. another Subiaco Oval) - so to play more games here in Perth, you would have to more than double the ticket price - are you ok with that? The marketing and accounting departments have looked at the dwindling membership at EWF, know that we get on here and bitch and moan about not having corners, and we don't want to watch Rugby at Subi etc etc and then you get up and ask for more Wallabies Games at Subi - ain't gonna happen my Friend. We have been a little too vocal about needing corners for Rugby, that's its better on TV than watching at Subi etc etc etc.
2. The Wallabies and ARU staff have taken a pay cut this year, because the profits are going to be down because of the Global Financial Crisis. That means they cannot subsidise us for more than one game of Rugby per annum. See above.
3. The ARU is about making money, so that it can be used in development and passed back to the club player at all levels. Without needing to be cynical, most of it goes to QLD and NSW unions - we know that. But some of it is spent in WA as well. If we had a second test here, some of that money used to fund club Rugby would be spent on funding the test - and what is more important, watching a game at an oval no one really wants to be at, or funding grass roots club Rugby.
I know that you are disappointed that we only get one test a year -it was not so long ago we were only getting one every couple of seasons. But until we have the facilities to watch Rugby the way it should be, and that enough people can get into the park to make some money for everyone, one game a year is what we will get.
It wasn't that long ago that we didn't get any Tests.

The only game they will even come close to selling out will be the All Blacks test. Last year against the French they only attracted 48,899 and that was with a shopping centre near by giving away free double passes
I wonder how close the ARU will come to selling out SFS against the Barbarians
If we get a suitable stadium for International Rugby, which will be the Multi-Purpose Stadium, which I was in favour for at International Level, just not week week for the Force, I wil bet a large amount that we will still only get one test
If we had more than one Test people in relationships wouldn't have an excuse to fly to Sydney/Brisbane/Melbourne for a match!
In the equality debate, probably should give some consideration to Canberra before getting too carried away.
