How's your maths? If there are 7 new members and you handed out 100 cards, that makes a 7% redemption rate. When we run coupon promotions for grocery/consumer products, a 5% redemption rate is a good return.
7/100... 7%...
Stop skipping math and english.
Thanks for the more succinct explanation, Sage. Is it obvious that I'm in S&M (sales & marketing.....!!!) - why use 4 words when 40 will suffice!Originally Posted by Sagerian
Hehe anytime. I hadn't realised you replied before me, but it can't hurt for him to be told twice. It's the only way some people learn.

Good morning all. A big thanks to all members of TWF that attended on Saturday I trust you all had a good time and a special mention to Happy, TLH n Sparko that helped out before and after with the set up.
Our thanks also go to West-Subi for their hospiality, we were very well looked after from start to finish.
Of course we would be very hungry without the help of Gerry n Josie and their friends at Trinity Meats for the sizzling sausages and succulent steaks. Thanks to Cormac n Todd in the Nude Kitchen atfor suppling the onions, sauces, bbq, shelter and other bits.
Thanks TEF (I mean Kev) for knocking up a few one holed pickets for our banners.
Happy the chef for not burning anything and Shaunmarn and hos mates for handing out the cards good work fellas.
And last but not least Gerry (bar manager) for getting us to the game with all the stuff and TEF for collecting us.
A few more tickets were sold on Saturday but there are HEAPS to go. I still have 50 resereved that have not been paid for yet. They will be avaialbe again on Saturday at. IF we sell the whole 200 by Saturday it will be drawn then if not, we will wait until they are all sold.
Once again thanks to all that helped out and madethe day a huge success, including of course the winners on the day our Western Force Gold, winners by 59 points! Now TLH what margin did you pick again?? I had 58, just one little point off!!!
Photos in Gallery in an hour or so, make sure you check them out Moses because we were able to get a photo of a "purple" jumper for you!

Great day on Saturday, thanks to those who organised it.
It was a real pleasure to see some top class players up close, rather from the detached vastness of Subiaco Oval.
From the Rugby WA schedule it appears that the Force are playing the same team (Yamaha) next Saturday at Rugby Park at 3.30, after the first semi of the local comp. I think that the Force really need some stiffer opposition in the lead-up to the APC, but perhaps this is all that was available. Next year, i understand that the expanded APC will start immediately after the end of Super 14 (that is, if Rugby australia can ever get it happening!)
