That's because they are trying to do a hatchet job on the Force...plus it is much easier to target a select minority of people and say they have a problem then make a sweeping generalisation of our nation...much easier to say that binge drinking leading to violence is a rugby problem then a problem with Henjaks age group and/or Australian alcohol based society as a whole...
