What a cockup- boom boom!
I think the BBC mistook him for a descendant of that great French novelist Honore De Balzac.
Anglicisation took care of the rest.
By reading through this thread it seems that the WF "lost" Jake Ball about the same time as Richard Graham was having discussions with the Reds and the WF/RugbyWA was moving on fixing its disfunctional organisation. It seems that we had the wrong people in many positions. I'm sure that many other matters fell through the cracks.
IMO Jake Ball had minimal impact on the game (In 68 minutes - 5tackles/1 missed, 8 carries for 8m and 2 lineouts) and it's unlikely that we missed out on much. But he could be good at Super XV level.
However, I've nothing but praise for the efforts of Sinderberry, Foley and WF Team for their efforts since late 2012 and already starting to get excited about 2015.
Ballsack?! Fucken idiots.
Japan and the Pacific Islands for Aussie Super 9's!
Let's have one of these in WA! Click this link: Saitama Super Arena - New Perth Stadium?
Just watched a replay of the Wales -All Blacks game through unaffected beer goggle eye's. Jake Ball played quite well I thought, should have been identified here, no question.
Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on and as an added little circle jerk for the masses Wests actually hold the record for the current longest unbroken finals record.
