Yeah I guess it depends on how some of the teams have recruited in the off season. I'd say Neddies, Cott & Soaks will do well this year. Wanneroo the dark horse - although not much depth..

You should at least have a first grade, a second grade. one U18 and one U20 team to be a rugby club worth mentioning.

You should be able to beat the teams that don't before getting all pissy about it though!
