He'd have to be bald, over 6', good ambassador for the EWF, gentleman, extremely good player, put his body on the line( for the team) week in week out, have the respect of his team mates, fans, and everyone else associated with EWF, look fantastic in both players 'kit' and a suit, patient, diligent, 100% committed to the team...errr! I think that covers everything!!! ......OH!
