Godwin being ruled out is a big loss.

Good luck to his replacement in Luke Burton!

I wouldnt be surprised if we drop this one...just got a feeling it might be a game where they are missing a few too many horses in the backs from the first picked 15. Hopefully get all the first choice players next week for the home game

Still, a 1 and 1 record in the SA tour is a pass mark, but only just given the opposition - how things have changed in 12 months!!!

Our depth has been pretty good this year, I wouldn't discount the replacements. Michael Foley is aware of the importance of this game and he is putting the fittest and best team forward. Luke Burton is a class player and both Marcel Brache and Chris Tuatara-Morrison have acquitted themselves well when they have played.

I'd have taken 1-1 before the tour. Having said that; there been a lot of first-pick injuries so far. Some big season enders too and they have hardly missed a beat. With the Stormers finding a bit of form, a win will be a season-maker.

I was happy with 5 points from the tour, but 8 or 9 would be better

All of the guys picked to tour (apart from Pat IMO) are good enough to get the job done. They know the game plan and that's all that matters to me!! Another 4 points I say!!

There will be a few Q's answered about CTM, which is I think what most people wanted & what he deserves.

Is Dellit in the squad? If he is then I don't think he figures in their plans for next year.

dellit is on the bench,he was very good a season or so ago-no reason he can't regain that form, despite a couple of ordinary appearances this season

CTM has been pretty good off the bench this season. He's surprised me by slotting seamlessly into the defensive system. I had thought it was his weak link. Having said that he needs to step up and show some of his attacking talent if he wants to stay. He's looked good at Shite Shield level but he's turning 28 soon so it's Sydney or the bush for him this year I'd guess.

The Game against the Cheetahs CTM played nearly 60 mins and did not look out of place just slotted in and got the job done they switched CTM to 13 and put Brache on the wing and with a position change it worked well... Just hping for the win this weekend...
All I ask is the mature team shows the young Burton the ropes and assist as much as poss to give him a fair shot at the big time Sias needs to do the right thing also and deliver the ball correctly

    Go the force by 10

"Greg Growden's verdict: The Stormers are bad, but their defence is good. Good enough for those chest-beating one-trick ponies. "
