The Western Force will open its Asteron Life Super Rugby season tomorrow (23 February) against the NSW Waratahs in Sydney, with the club streaming the match live on the big screen at the Northbridge Piazza.
The club, in conjunction with the City of Perth, is inviting everyone to attend with entertainment beginning from 12pm with the match kicking off at 1.05pm.
The family-friendly event will feature face painting; balloon maker; giveaways; and social media photo booth.
Western Force players will also be present to watch the screening of the match live from Sydney on the big screen from 1.05pm.
The Corner Kitchen will also have food available for purchase from 12pm.
Additional umbrellas and marquees will be provided for additional shade at the Northbridge Piazza.
All members and supporters are welcome to attend and there is no charge for entry.

unfortunately, it is going to be a little too hot to take a 7 month old, so we are going to watch it in the comfort a mates house.

Not really :-(( Prob no more than 100 or so. Was very hot though so that might have kept people away. They said they would be doing more later in the season. Prob be best to do it after we've won a few games though or the crowd will be even thinner :-(
How was it at the SFS? Looked about 90% empty on the TV.
