I believe we are making the game too sterile with referees having too much sway on things, next they will want dresses or make-up on, they are really ruining the great game i love....Rucking is a part of the game, and always has been, and always should be, along with the odd bit of biff too...the scrum is being made into a farce by these new rules, and even Al Baxter has come out in support of them (see rugby heaven), thereby endorsing my view that he is truly a shit prop...
Proudly bought to you by a brewery somewhere....
The whole idea behind the no rucking law was they were meant to call players for being on the wrong side or slowing the ball down a lot quicker... That certainly wasn't the case in the first week. But just as it was the first week for Players same goes for the ref's. Hopefully they collectively pull their fingers out and start calling the game correctly!
I cannot believe that call on the Pusey try, why not got to the TMO? There was a stopage, so no harm in it. Rather than make a judgement call on something he obviously didn't see.

Incompetent isn't the right word... But its the first one that comes to mind.
