"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!" - Rocky Balboa
Here is a true Springbok and for you that thought that Spring meant the season before summer you were wrong it actually means jump in Afrikaans So it is a Jumping Bok if you translate it direct
hes so awsome!Lara talks to Kankowski and her and I had a personal joke going. It has nothing to do with how he looks.
heyyy heyyyy
BOKKE“Let me put it this way, A Springbok team contains Afrikaners, Englishmen, coloureds and blacks. It has parochial foes in Bulls, Sharks, Stormers, Cheetahs and Lions. It is a recipe for war! Yet in all the years of John Smit’s captaincy, there has never been one unhappy customer, not one voice of rebellion against his leadership. He is the glue that holds the Springboks together. The man is a legend!”- Jake White
still looking forward to an honest answer to an honest question.
the question again for those trying to avoid the giggling thread killers, again,
with 4-6 members of the Springbok squad now playing club rugby in Europe rather then SuperRugby in South Africa, does the South African Rugby Union have different rules to the ARU and the NZRU?

yes Ex you can play where you want as long as your contract with your club allows it and when they call you you must return for duty
I would think so. Maybe it is just that they have more leniant rules or it may be that they can afford to let their players play elsewhere during super14? ie the thread on lending players to play in Europe for 2 years, maybe a similar thing applies but SA has only allowed them to play for Europe during Super14 and must return for all national tours.
Oh sorry Ex that a favourite player has been picked, and that we are happy to see them getting to represent their country, in Lara93's case her home country

Exile; In relation to your question, I found an article from 2007 about the SARU banning overseas players, which I find specifically adresses your question.
A statement from the SARU states "The Council has made a decision that those who play overseas and don't return to South Africa to play provincial rugby will in future not be eligible to be selected to play for South Africa," SARU chief executive Johan Prinsloo said.
"They must come back and first play Currie Cup rugby before they can be chosen again. The Council made this decision in the interests of South African rugby."
So Im presuming that they have contradicted their statement by allowing said players back in to the Springboks side.
The article can be found here: SARU bans overseas players - Yahoo! Eurosport UK
