There's been a couple of queries about tonight David, are you doing any coverage from MES?

No one is questioning your team david, we are rapped to have good coverage and a inside contact as well, so good luck with the upcoming season, we fully support those who support the force...
Proudly bought to you by a brewery somewhere....
There is coverage of tonights game on 6PR - sadly facilities at MES are limited with Samoan radio taking the other broadcast box and the coaches requiring one too - however I'll still be going to the game and will be as excited as anyone to see our backs in action.
Just a reminder I can be contacted at force@905.com.au
Thanks for the info on 6PR - sure to be much appreaciated by many of our remote members.
I'd assume that the same "no streaming super14" wouldn't apply as it's not a Super14/Fox game?
Listen to 6PR tonight and then compare it to David's commentary next week...
Dear Lord, if you give us back Johnny Cash, we'll give you Justin Bieber.
Have just emailed 6PR, fingers crossed for a positive reply soon!

I think i can get 6pr up here as well, not too sure though...

Bet they will be in shock do they stream live - can you get 6PR up north
61 years between Grand SlamsWas the wait worth it - Ya betta baby
looks like there is a live scores on the new rugby wa website set up for tonights game
Thanks David, would not like to have heard they were fired, as I thought they did a good job.
Will not listen to 6pr as cannot stand Barich, he knows nothing about rugby! Not too keen on Collis as a caller either.
Shame you are not doing it tonight as I would have tuned in as I always did last year on 90,5.
Are there really only two radio boxes at MES? How did they cope with the football/soccer, surely there were more than two stations broadcasting and Fox each week? Didn't away teams send anyone over?
If so they will have to improve that too.
Thanks Pockets,
It will be good if you'll give us a chance to win you over to our coverage.
It is true there are limited boxes at MES, although on rare occasions there were 3 Radio stations broadcasting Soccer games. One station would do it from the stands.
90.5 would have had an additional problem in covering the game tonight as it falls outside our current broadcast hours between Friday and Sunday nights, a problem which will hopefully be rectified in the future.
All the Super 14 games fall within our broadcast license times.
Just had the reply from 6PR.
Unfortunately, the rights agreement is that they are unable to webcast "any match involving the Western Force" rather than any Super 14 match.
In other words, even though it is off season (and they are broadcasting around the city...and there is no FTA or Pay TV coverage....) they still cannot webcast.
Roll on "Radio TWF"!
It was a very understanding email back from the gentleman concerned and hopefully he may even sign up to TWF himself...
