And cr@p rugby is still cr@p rugby ...
It pisses me off that we have paid good money to watch that nonsense (and to put up with the queues to the toilets at nib) - not surprising that both teams are the cellar dwellers in their respective conferences.
At least the E blocks didn't leave in total silence tonight.
That was bad no bloody direction at all. Attack! Fark it was like watching a bunch of school boys playing for the first time. More meters run across pitch than towards the posts.
7 years we must be tragics to keep on going. Well only one more this year so the pain is nearly over.........until next year!
May the FORCE be with you!
And Alfi wasn't bad, Ben didn't look as though he knew anybody's name and the wingers were back to their usual tricks of having to pick 'n' drive to get touches.
Defense was fairly solid, but hardly confidence inspiring, I felt like we were going to get scored on for most of the match.......
And when we're a man up, why does anybody give them a chance to kick it out and take a lineout? Surely they must have thought we were playing for them half the game!
Ps, great coaching by Mitch, he knew our weakness and exploited it all night!
C'mon the![]()

That has to be the most boring - est game I have ever been to...yeah okay we won but I'd of taken the lost against the Chiefs from earlier on in the year any day over the performance tonight...
Basic school boy error sh1t, (knock ons / running with no support / forward passes) after this long and far into a season, some of our players are really taking the piss and taking an income home, instead of playing for "my" state with pride and a jumper for themselves to own.
Deffinately on display were the bottom teams !!
For me
Highlights
- A win at home (too bloody rare)
- Force backs hitting the ball at pace
- Brownie's impact off the bench
- Bam bam's obsession with the ball
- The back three running it hard
- Toby Lynn surviving being bitten by a Lion (how many people can say that?)
Lowlights
- Line out failures
- Collapsed mall mayhem
- Cellar dweller quality for much of the match
But a win's a win and my weekend's not spoilt![]()
When they announced Pocock was making an announcement and he came on the big screen I thought he's just going to say " f it I'm off".
Totally fragmented tonight, we seriously need a coach to pull together what's left.
Less that 10,500 attendance.
Is this some kind of a record for a Force home game?
when your team is struggling & down in confidence an ugly win is still a win
I'm sure they will play with more flair against the brumbies.Pity that I will be up the Mitchell Falls & will miss it
guys need to be realistic... a game is never going to be pretty with two bottom dwellers fighting tooth & nail.. ill take an ugly win over a 1 point loss like last week EVERY TIME!
i thought some players really worked hard: Nalaga was great, Poe was great, Brownie and sharpie showed everyone how to go forward and Cummo has certainly played his way back into contention for a wing or centre spot in the wallabies. Mafi was unpredictable and dangerous in attack but just lacked penetration.. certainly better than that waster weve had in his place.
