    Pre season i thought 5 wins and 8th on the the ladder. Thats about right i reckon. Gotta crawl before you walk......and im happy, because we are only going to get better .

    I agree, before the season started four or five wins would have been fantastic. Now that we are where we are it would be great to get a crack at the semis.

    Let's face it, with about 10 min to go we were still 2 coverted tries from a win. If Shep's pass had not been intercepted there would have been a whole different complexion on the game. Injuries did cost us, but what the game raised for me were these:

    Staniforth should start - he's great defensively and in attack
    Cross still has a bit to learn re defence
    If MacKay is fit he should at least be on the bench
    We need more forward depth for next year!!!
