I hate it how the heart takes over the closer you get to game day.
Force by 94!
Another fact for Clarkie..... Unlike the Tahs, the Western Force has NEVER had 98 points put on them in a single game.
It was 96 - 19 against the Crusdaers TG (it's also a Speights bottle top question!!), and the Saders used 96-19 as a line call the next time they played the Tahs.
We only got done 53 - 0, and as my friends in Christchurch tell me, we were damn lucky to get the nil!!

Education is Important, but Rugby is Importanter!
You suffer in the same way I, and I expect many others, do.
It's nice to know we're all in it together.
To be honest I think the expectation has a lot to do with the after feeling - there was a fair lot of hype and build up to last weeks game and thus the fall was from a bigger height. When I was doing my tipping and looked at our our history against the 'canes - we'd played them 6 times and they'd won 5, we'd won 1 and then only by a point. And yet somehow in the media that 1 point win had translated into an almost certain win! It convinced me - I tipped the Force!
For the games where we expect a thrashing and don't get one, everyone seems a lot happier after even though we still lost.
(and while I'm on about the post-game blues - Gigs - you must stop kicking the )
Prior to the force being over here I supported the chiefs due to my Maori side being from BoP (BoP being a feeder team for Waikato) so I have no problem with them losing, and I support the dockers!)
It's just the way they lose, and have lost for the last few years. If I turned up at NIB with my boots, played for em and sucked I'd at least know I gave them my all. But with the way they have lost over the last few years you have to think they either didn't give their all, or the game plan was no where to be seen.
I'm slowly recovering WF1964...... Still don't have much hope for this week though. I'm looking forward to next week though. Finally a win, and a chance to smash Judas will be sweeeeeet.
C'mon the
I tend to agree with TOCC, but that's the beauty of this team and this competition. Any week, any team could come away with a win. C'arn the Force!
Dear Lord, if you give us back Johnny Cash, we'll give you Justin Bieber.
dont get me wrong, i will be barracking for the Force, as i do with any other Aus team playing NSW.. But even if the Force match the Tahs in the forward pack, the Tahs still have the likes of Barnes, Pretorius and AAC in the backline to keep the scoreline ticking over.
The Reds will get belted you belter
