I'm with Shasta, the biggest problem with this team is the kicking, both quantitavely and qualitatively there has been too much of it, and too much of it has been shitty. Added to that, only one bloke in the entire team appears to be interested in chasing those bricks that the inside backs keep on throwing up and that's Nick Cummins (actually, that comment's a bit unfair to Paddy Dellit). If we don't start to reduce the number of kicks, or start to hit grass, touch, or chasers, we'll just keep on going in our mediocre, boring way.

I'm not personally a fan of kick-chase rugby, but could be persuaded if it's effective!

Agreed on Dellit Gigs, I think he was pretty sound this match and some great hits.
I believe he and the Backrow had been tasked with rattling Barnes.

Suspect that if Delit's defence improves marginally he has to be in the running for a Wallaby gig - even time with the Wallabies would definitely help us for next year.

doubtful.... maybe in the squad of 40 but no way will he get near the final cut... maybe next year if he keeps up the good form and has some real eye catching plays.. good exposure anyway.

Agreed...his primary target should be the Lions tour and let everything else take care of itself.

Don't want to sound cliche Andy but his primary target should be wrestling his spot back off Mitch Inman and playing consistent good rugby for the Force......then the rest will sort itself out.

BTW IMHO Inman wasn't revelatory back at 13, yes he would have been short on fitness, but Dellit and Sidey have both done at least that well against better opposition in recent weeks.

exactly what we were saying last week Gigs - why bother playing an underdone Inman who is leaving at the end of the season, when we have Sidey and Dellit. Completely stupid decision on Graham's part
