All I'm saying is that there sounds like there is another side to the story. JOC should definitely have handled himself better - particularly in public. Before passing judgement I think we should await the results of the ARU investigation.

If he got shitty with the Air Asia staff becuase they double booked his seat and couldn't get on the flight, or was waitlisted, i would be shitty and would let them know. it isn't hard for the desk girl to call AFP (btw the AFP are the only police in the airport, so if cops are called it is AFP...)

but if it wasnt for his previous transgressions this wouldnt have been such a massive deal.
i reckon if he accidentally ran into an old person in the shops the article would be "O'Connor tries to convert elderly into the ground" or something similar about how he willfully attacked them

Would STILL give JOC a chance at the WF ( for all of the reasons talked about previously) but with 1 year contract with chance to extend if he shows that he is capable of adding to the team culture and rugby in a VERY positive way.
