    Could be.Sounds like it could be...as the "first establishment" put new brake pads on ..and hasn't been right since..I reckon that's what it is.. I just need someone who can fix it... She looks so forlorn, and neglected in my garage...

    Anybody can do brake pads for you. Take it into your local bike shop (since it's the bike end you're talking about)

    Alternately, you could pull the calipers yourself and have a look. YouTube will give you good advice (the usual warnings about working on your own vehicles brake system apply obviously)
