Don't pay that, considering that the RA will profit in some shape or form.

"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!" - Rocky Balboa

Given the burst of young love which seems to have broken out this week between the Government of WA and the ARU/RA, can we expect that the WA State Government will now look favourably upon future requests from the ARU/RA for a few million dollars out of State coffers to fund post-2019 Wallabies tests played against World Rugby Tier 2 teams in Perth?
As a reminder about the state of the relationship between the Government of WA and the ARU/RA in August of last year:

It was also reported last year that "The premier said his government was bound contractually to hold the [Bledisloe Cup] event but admitted its $5 million price tag was too steep.".

You have to remember many politicians are lawyers who decided challenging themselves in the court room is for mugs. I would be expecting them to cozy up to the ARU/RA as long as it keeps the Moet flowing.
We've already paid for the box If we get another 6 people to join us we get another six people. If not, eh. I am more than happy to go watch a once in a life time game with my Kiwi, who will no doubt enjoy watching his team flog the Aussies There was even talks about him getting me an all blacks jersey. Still on the fence with that one! might just go the old force shirt
At the end of the day I'm not going to not go and ruin his experience just because I'm not a fan of the RA.
I also imagine some funds will also go to WA. Would rather spend money on a Bledisloe in WA then travelling and potentially spending more, for crappier seats, over east. I'd be very tempted for a NZ Bledisloe holiday though :p
I'm really looking forward to the game - will be my first international in years. From past experience the crowds have been fantastic regardless of who they support.
