Bob Katter is there to represent his constituents in outback Queensland and understands their community. Been in Parliament a long time and not a Get Up sponsored flash in the pan celebrity candidate from the inner City that gets elected for a term based upon the latest social justice cause.
Another parliamentary inquiry on uncle Cam’s resume. This time he won’t get boofheads like Murray Watt obfuscating for him and adding pathetic summaries to a tabled report. Rachel Siewart meant well but she couldn’t ask the hard questions that Reynolds did.
Curious to know who you are referring to? I tell you what though- if someone twice posted that outback farmers would burn in hell (cue the vegan army), I'd wager a testicle that Katter's perspective would be completely different.
Personally, I wouldn't call anti-discrimination the latest social justice cause.

And further to that, can you imagine these shock jocks and others screaming blue bloody murder if a Muslim preacher in Australia posted that everyone who does not observe Ramadan, attend prayers every Friday etc.. were hell bound? They would be screaming quite the opposite even louder. 100%. And that's just as offensive to my way of thinking.

Where'd that come from?
I ask because it's marked private and confidential.
If folau has publicised it, he's no better than those he is accusing
C'mon the
I love how Israel keeps refering to his religious beliefs being violated when he is an outright homophobe who is no better than a racist asshole by discriminating against someone born a certain way.
Heres a thought Izzy, its not 1985 anymore, come join the rest of us in the year 2019. /facepalm

I wouldn't call climate change the latest social judtice issue. I'd call it common f$%#ing sense. It's also not a new issue. Whether you think it's true or not is irrelevant. Fossil fuels are a finite resource. Why cling on to something that will run out in place of embracing something more sustainable.

This shouldn't be a place for political debate, I know. But anyway, the people in that electorate railroaded Abbott, not in spite of his political clout, but because of the wrecking ball way he was prepared to use it for his own ideological positions, without regard to the wishes of his constituents or stable government. It had nothing to do with "Citizen Abbott" as Tom Keneally put it, who has been a long serving community contributor, including Community Rugby, and should be admired for that. Nor a lot to do with the overall election result. Climate change was one deciding issue among quite a few, that's all. Calling that a reaction to the latest social issue is too simplistic by a long chalk.
Sorry
