What troubles me the most is Mr Obama's attitude to the "War" in Iraq and Afghanistan. Without wanting to get in to a debate of whether it is right or wrong. He has stated his intention to bring the troops home. What bothers me is that the thousands of troops that have lost their lives for no apparent reason at all. I don't know if there is a solution or a correct way of doing it - but it saddens me to think that all of those troops who were doing what their Commander in Chief told them to do lost their lives.

Don't know how he'll turn out but I loved seeing the reactions of the older black folks over in the US - I can only imagine how they must be feeling.

Lest we forget

They won't simply pack everyone up and leave on Jan. 22nd. You'll see the troops pulled from Iraq, but watch them move to Afghanistan. Obama has said we need more troops there, that the job isn't finished yet.

After watching Michael Moore's 'Sicko' movie I was stunned at the system over there, even more suprised to find how behind we are compared to some European countries.
