Sharpie and Tai. It may take them to start recruiting as I dont think the WF board have the credability to recruit well. aCTUALLY THE WHOLE BOARD NEEDS TO BE SACKED

cmon be fair.... gone are the days where Loyalty to your team/State/Country dictated where you played... its ALL about the money now. You dont have to like it but you have to accept it or become miserable grouches...

get over it people.. if they leave.. we find some (hopefully) suitable replacements at half the price, If not we'll develop the latent talent already in the squad & academy.

Gits said his decision wasn't based on money, was Scott Fava's move made for money?

The East Coast sides have the lure of being closer to family and friends, which some people dismiss as soft but it is obviously a factor

Gits move to the Force was based on money though so was Mitchells (even though he plays it down)
The Pioneers such is Sharpie, Tai and Gladiator came over for Money & opportunity to develop rugby in Aus there are always other minor reasons that help make the decision but ultimately throw enough money at them and they will fold.

    It's a huge factor
The problem is that they are only based here for 6 months of the year so it never feels like they have made the move. After the first year that feels like a big adventure, it's a hassle to have to come back to play next time.
It takes several years for an expat to feel at home after moving. If you are constantly leaving, it never becomes home. Just human nature.
