joondalup_dave...Some (but not all) get a little edgy here about some sensitive topics...some add to the conversation with opinion and gathered facts which make for an interesting thread, others just stand behind their club colours and harass the individual... it territorial but a good fan site…

I hope I'm counted in the former there Muddy, but I really like the fact that there are members of the latter here as well.

I've said several times in my history here. We're a supporter's site, if you want to come on here and stir shit against the you will have to accept some opposition to those points of view......yes some people take it personally when you bag their heroes......they are shattered if it comes to light that you were right and their faith was misplaced........That sort of passion is EXACTLY what you want in a supporter site

OK, we've been called intimidatory before, but also knowlegeable, welcoming and faithful. If you want to participate in a rugby discussion site where all points of view are tolerated and mediated in order to avoid offence to anybody trolling the 'net....try somewhere else, we support the and some people believe that requires a certain amount of spade-calling!

if this is a supporters site, then would people like to know
if there faith was misplaced?

isnt saying that heroes are not acting properly also calling a spade a spade?

The way I interpretate Gigs' comment is that Mudskipper (and others) can and should expect that because this IS a FORCE fansite that there will be those of us who will unreservedly defend the Force until such time that we are proven wrong, such as Quokkagate, Firegate, Giteaugate, Mitchellgate, etc etc (boy, there have been a few). This may sound a little extreme but really its basic Psychology 101 - in any society, there will be those extreme as there will be those moderate (but, we can all get along ).
