Good edition of The Back Page this week with the panel, including Phil Waugh, tearing strips off the ongoing embarrassments that are Cheika's losing pressers.

Semi Radrada having a day out. 4 or 5 try assists about the same in line breaks and tackle busts and a try. With still 10 to go.

I’m just about to give up watching rugby all together! I can’t be bothered to watch games that have been destroyed by a card! I realise we have to look after players but it is a contact sport!
If the guy carrying the ball can duck into a shoulder, elbow, arm, head or knee what the hell is the tackler supposed to do!
Rugby league is starting to look the better sport!
Re thinking! We have to get rid of the red card as it totally destroys a game, (unless your the ABs in which case it equalises). Maybe a red card means 15 mins and a substitution and penalised player not allowed to return.

May the FORCE be with you!
Another fantastic performance by the Japanese team. And their supporters. And Jaco Peyper who for once didn't try to make himself the centre of attention. One of the best matches so far.

They've rekindled my interest in test rugby

I have watched and recorded every match of the 2019 Rugby World Club.
Yes, I am finding the Referees enforced interpretation of the Laws a little frustrating. But the rise of the "tier 2" Nations this current World Cup has been an exciting revelation. My love of Rugby continues and grows stronger.
In my heart and mind, Rugby League could never replace Rugby.

"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!" - Rocky Balboa

does that stuff still go on in league?
must admit, i've not watched a single game this year (or last year probably)
i thought they had the bunker(?) to review all that stuff.
the last league match i enjoyed was watching the toronto wolfpack, mainly because of their style of play.
just checked them out, they just won the championship playoff and are into the super league after just 3 years.
might follow them next year on good old Fox (or Kayo when the smart tv app comes out)
