    Talking of conspiracy theories.... Ms Castle stated a few months back in an interview....We (RA) have a plan and we’re working towards fulfilling that plan ... or words to that effect. Yep that plan seems to be ....do absolutely nothing for rugby anywhere and trust that those pesky WA people will just go away ...in the meantime hope like hell that Australian super rugby teams win a few against New Zealand .... see it’s working.......almost
