Snoz has never, to my knowledge anyway, coached 15's. He played quite a number of Wallaby Tests before going over to the dark side. He had a very much higher profile with the Mungos. He is one of a very few players who, like Brad Thorn and Ray Price, went on to be a to be a "great" in their new code. But taking on a head coach role in Super Rugby with no apprenticeship? we were robbed by a stupid reffing decision.
Was a petulant and arrogant thing to say considering the evidence and the fact that Walshy tried everything he could to NOT award the penalty.
Smarter men say things like, we lost it as a result of a stupid penalty. We need to make sure we stay on the right side of the ref, or even what the Faingaa boys said later in the analysis.
Horwill is baggage as a captain, his poor attitude is now affecting the team, they should have won this one, the rebels showed some great tenacity, but the Reds played badly.
