Certainly while not sitting on the fence
Ouch!
what would you rather - spend the extra money on keeping the badger in the team, or getting a cool 10 year badge?
I am with you Palitu
Who says that is the choice - do you think we are not using the salary cap and spending the money elsewhere (or even allowed to under the RUPA agreements)? The choice is more likely between some recognition or another couple of spots at a sponsors jolly.
maybe at the halfway point of the season, and no official recognition of the 10yr members, jump off the fence and have a good ole' jump around.
Almost more controversy than clubland!
I reckon we all should just be thankful we got the team and it's been going for 10 years instead of whining we don't get something extra for having been here since the start.
Think some of us are forgetting that the team could have just as easily have gone to Melbourne instead of the force back then
Pro sport is all about the dollars unfortunately but given the nature of the sport of Rugby Union, there is a degree of loyalty & sincerity from supporters that follow the Blue.
"Be thankful" ... a lot of people put in time & effort and 10 years down the track, there should be a reflection of that from the Force.
A show of gratitude for supporters would go an extremely long way to maintaining crowds, merchandise purchases & ticket sales .... = income.
Call it marketing or a show of thanks ... but it's absence would be significant.
Look don't get me wrong here kev, I'm by no means trying to attack you personally. But,
What about the family/girl/guy who loves the force but financially hasn't been able to be a member for 10 years?
Because they're on the bones of their arse and can only go to games when cash flow permits, they're lesser fans?
Or someone who works away and can't justify a membership but will buy a ticket when they're in town?
I think there is a false sense of entitlement going on at the moment to be honest.

HQ has confirmed that there will be a 10 year pin for those members and more to come in due course, including a new signing tomorrow

Education is Important, but Rugby is Importanter!
Word from the inside is both Nikoro and Nemani to be announced officially.
TBH I will settle for a pin an if there's anything else that's a bonus.
I reckon that the teams going to give us the best 10 yr prezzie by reaching the finals!
May the FORCE be with you!
You miserable prick. You paid your money which allows you entrance to the game, nothing more.when you get pin what are going to do with , wear it like it owes you something , grow up. Everytime the players take the field they are showing their appreciation , everytime they take time to talk, help the general public they are showing their appreciation.
