I had membership to the WACA when I lived in Perth, but ditched it when I moved to Adelaide. Now the Force is the only membership I have.
Good work getting this poll together, it does give a good idea of where peoples loyalties lie.
One thing that this poll doesnt pick up is whether people who are fans of teh Force are also willing to go watch other sports. I think that could be a big one, where the Force fan base is coming from. People who enjoy watching live sport in general but dont buy memberships. I know I used to go watch West Coast, the Warriors, etc but was never really members to them (other than the WACA).

Another one here where we tried to work out origins.......
The Force is my only WA membership. I have non WA memberships; South Sydney NRL, and North Melbourne AFL. None of the voting options fit.
When it was written up it was with a background conversation of what impact the Force may have had on other local teams in terms of memberships.
It would seem "not too much".
"Bloody oath we did!"

Now that you put it into context for me burgs, I've voted option 1.
I was watching a soccer show not long ago and Kevin Muscrat, the Melbourne Victory bloke, said that a survey of members revealled that heaps of Melbourne Victory members were members of, or supporters of, AFL clubs as well. I reckon it will be a similar story for the revolters, err, rebels when they get their memberships up and running.
