Don't tell me, let me guess, it's all the coaches' fault, sack them all and get some capable and true rugby me I in.... Yeah we know. Most of us have simply realised that weighing on an online forum which has no official link to the organisation is a waste of time and have begun trying to find some positives.

Impressive to see Ross Lyon front up and take the blame with the performance of the dockers
Quote we train hard all summer we implement a game plan and play
The buck stops with me I'm the coach I'm the head of the department
Maybe he could take the force as well or the coaches at the force could learn from his demeanour and attitude

Hodgson focus stays on game
Nick Taylor - The West Australian on April 1, 2016, 12:01 am
Western Force captain Matt Hodgson says speculation surrounding the future of the club has not been a distraction ahead of tonight’s Super Rugby clash with reigning champions the Highlanders.
Hodgson said a three-game road trip in New Zealand had allowed players to distance themselves from rumours about an Australian Rugby Union takeover and relocation of the club, and focus on the match at Forsyth Barr Stadium in Dunedin.
ARU chief executive Bill Pulver declared this week the struggling franchise was not under threat and would remain in Perth.
“We are probably lucky that we are over here,” Hodgson said.
“We’ll have a discussion once we get back to Perth, but our sole focus is on the game.
“We feel that we are safe in Perth and that’s probably the biggest decision we were waiting on as a playing group.”
Hodgson, the 34-year-old Force foundation veteran, leads the competition tackle count with 79 hits. He will battle Highlanders flanker Shane Christie, who is second overall but 17 shy of Hodgson.
“The body is quite sore, but I’ll keep challenging the younger blokes to catch me,” Hodgson said.

I don't really follow any of the GayFL, but on the radio on the way to work this morning, Hayden Ballantyne said something I thought would be good to pass on to the boys.
"We had a pretty brutal review session over the week, but it came out that we didn't play with effort, and if you don't play with effort your structures don't mean anything...it makes a review pretty pointless."
I'm not sure whether those are his exact words, but something to that effect.
I liked the understanding that everything has to BEGIN with 100% effort and all the structure, gameplan, skills, review sessions, scouting and the other professional bullshit simply DIRECTS that effort.
So, with the very best of intentions.
Come on boys, everybody in the blue jersey tonight needs to play like Hodgeo.
