I'd like to say that the biggest problem we are facing is off-field. I don't mind losing when the guys are putting in their all and I can cop some of that may be due to coaching or selection as well. The one thing that is ruining this organisation are the constant leaks that are coming out. I for one am sick of reading media reports from someone inside the force saying this or that. The only things the media should be able to report are official media releases or their own opinions. The termites need to be sent packing. Anyone found to be leaking such info needs to be sacked - it cannot be tolerated any longer.
Incidentally I'd also like to see a firm direction in our playing style and selection policies in regards to WA players.

Agree with you Rex M, except one comment about the kiwis recruited, maybe a long the lines of
"stop recruiting no talent players from anywhere, fullstop"
best comment was about the "backs need to learn how to kick...." You're right and if the coaches , whenever and whoever they finally are, get out and about next season they will see some great kickers of the 'aggot right here in the pindan Senior comp and even the U20's
Backs need to learn how to kick, but also (and more importantly) when to kick. Not kicking when the opposition have 3 guys back, and never in the last 5 minutes of a match!
that's where you also need a captain to step up and say "if you kick this ball away again, i'm going to break your jaw"!!!
Chuck Norris has the greatest Poker-Face of all time. He won the 1983 World Series of Poker, despite holding only a Joker, a Get out of Jail Free Monopoly card, a 2 of clubs, 7 of spades and a green #4 card from the game Uno.

If they don't already, the Force should employ some form an understudy system, where local players/coaches are invited to attend training sessions with the Force (if it doesn't already happen),
and are involved. Mentoring should take a high priority in next season's plan so we don't find ourselves consistently hoping for someone from somewhere else to save our bacon.
Few good local coaches out there too, some of them coaching u20's.
Ahhh, I shall elaborate ; I refer to the 2012 version only. For some reason it reminded me of a Halloween skeleton costume. I'm a tragic traditionalist when it comes to jerseys (although we could wear chartreuse and Siam sunset with beige trim if it means we win games, apologies for the digression....er ... When I say beige I don't mean our esteemed friend and colleague, I mean the sort of colour that resembles... a colour) anyway, the point is I was disappointed by our jersey for 2012. Kind of symbolic. Loved all the prior years, though I didn't really take to the gold until it was gone.
The Perth spirit jersey is/was a cracker!
Im more curious as to why RugbyWA has approached a Coach who is still under contract to another union, for all intensive purposes NSWRU still needs to grant a release to Foley.. Given that NSWRU just conducted a review of Foley and decided the best decision was to keep him on for 2013 what is the likelihood of this happening.
One might indeed wonder how it comes to be - reeks to me of some pretty piss-weak office politics stitching someone up.
