i think the drop goal in the final minutes is the only time for, i believe that is what it is for, scoring the win in the last moment.
Also, when we almost scored a try, i'm a bit surprised it wasn't a yellow card on their 9. We had all the momentum, the AB's were still retreating and a blatant, professional foul one meter from the line should be a yellow.
KQ im thinking youre just playing devils advocate with those comments mate..
If youre not then ill bite... noone is complaining that those games were won by the Boks on penalties it was more the cynical way those penalties were achieved.
The running rugby and genuine attempts by both teams to score tries in the Wallabies v AB's game were a stark contrast to the previous games.
The Boks used simple tactics to force the other team into mistakes, they hardly ever looked like scoring in fact i think Habana had forgotten what it was like to hold a rugby ball which is why when he did get the ball he coughed it up like a hairball.
Carefull what you guys wish for it might turn into a cricket score if the Boks run the ball this weekend.![]()
That's an easy comment to make Pieter, you know it'll never be tested.
On the other hand, the Wallabies have nothing to lose, they might as well try to starve the yarpies of possession and score a couple of meat pies!
