It's a good policy mate. All games on the same day = big turn out. Kids and lower grades supporting other teams. Plenty of hands on for club duties. Big family = good spirit. Builds a winning culture

    Well done

There's the dilemma, Rex. You know you've grabbed someone by the gonads, but in the dark, it's hard to know who.

Changing tack here, any significant player losses, gains at the premier clubs. I hear Nedlands have recruited many of the Force fringe players. Cott, no doubt been at it again. Also hear Soaks have puleed out the cheque book!

So you have balls Hansie? There goes that rumour!

Be straight with the world, how many Force players are committed to Neddies this year?

    The truth would be nice.

Pek and Paddy Delit are still with us, but unlikely to play.

We did pursue Ben Seymour as we needed a 10 following our tragic loss late last year and we were fortunate that he's close mates with Lochie so those are the two we hope will be with us for the season. However now that Ripia has gone - Ben comes into the frame for the Force so ...who knows???

Other than that we are growing our own.

By the way Fulvio may need a ladder to reach a few Gonads - have you got one for him?

Why do the night games have to be friday night, why can't they be saturday night and then still have all teams playing on the same day?

    for example something like this:

    4th grade & Under 18s - 3.00
    3rd grade & Under 20s - 4.30
    2nd grade - 6.00
    1st grade - 7.30

If what you say is true and I have no reason to doubt you then Engage's comments above seem erroneous.

Has anyone got the real break up of club allegiances for Force players?

If Nedlands has 4 where are the other 26 aligned?

Engage! - have you any details?

I think Chucky Stannard will still be at Palmyra but don't think any others from what I've heard.

Given that RugbyWa requires them all to be aligned to a club as I understand then has Cott and Uni got the rest? Force website seems to indicate that their clubs are still in Sydney. Someone said Cott had 12 last year which is ludicrous.

As a parent of a junior player I'm trying to work out how kids are going to relate to the Force if the professional players are not distributed evenly.

I'd support you Budda. The problem would arise on Force Home games.

Rumour - Do not get me started on this subject. The whole allocation of professional assets: Coaches and Players needs to be addressed. We have to build up tribalism where players and coaches are properly aligned with a community club, not just a passing association.

If Clubbies saw their Force player or coach over several weeks, drinking with them, fixing the BBQ, running drills and cheering on Juniors, Clubbies would want to go and see THEIR man do his stuff at NIB.

BTW, you asked me to tell you as it is...the world is waaaay too small to try and lie.

At last Hansie we agree on something!! You are bang on the money.

Why don't the people at the Force understand this very simple concept? It must go tribal or the Force will falter.

When my son and I watch the games at NIB Stadium we tend to watch our lone Pally man Chucky and cheer him on.

Who wants to go to watch a bunch of Cottesloe players who our memberships are paying for? If Cott had 2 or 3 players and all clubs had a few then the resentment against Cott and the reluctance against taking up memberships would fade.

I think down a Baysie we have Shepperd and Mafi assigned to us.

We had David smith last year aswell. Mafi played a few games for us last year shep hasnt ever played and Smth played one game during the Bye week.

Those 2 are the only players to play i think since 2006 and the only reason i think smith was there was because he knew our head coach from NZ.

Pulling out the devils trident for a minute, perhaps why the whole allocation thing is a mess is because in the scheme of things the local Club Comp is too weak and irrelevent, with the vast majority of Force spectators not even fully aware of what Clubs are in Perth?

Well maybe it could be used as a tool to expose those people to the local comp?
