Cummins and hooper were outstanding, tapuai showed what we have been missing at 12 and great to see Palu play a great game for 80 minutes, hopefully he stays injury free for a long time.

Want to see Pocock @6 vs Italy, will be a big improvement on Dennis and they can make the line outs work. Moore has to be starting also.

Loved it, I think there's a few people called for subtitles on this one, can't wait to hear what the Poms make of the Badger. He would be the ultimate roomy on tour.

And all you would-be poaching franchises put your cheque books away! He's an adopted WA boy, he may have been born elsewhere... but we raised him!

Burgundy? I thought it was Pride Parade Purple!

Apparently royal purple to reflect their position as Rugby Royalty as reported by Fox sports news.

Classic - now that is an interview. No standard cliches from him and he actually thought about the question and answered from the heart. I can see a media career blossoming!

@HoneyBadger what a great interview, couldnt stop smiling hehe

    He praised:
    "Credit to the boys"
"A great ball from Phipper (he played well) putting me in space"
"Robbie Deans knows what hes doing hes switched on, everyone respects him hes done a great job"
All he said about himself was:
"I got some test meat...a meat pie"
We are lucky to have him. Hope he plays out his career with the Force, he's exactly the type of honest, humble but motivated player and man we need.

And we need to get #goingvertical trending!

I might have to watch the game taped on the Foxtel and note down the differences in commentary

I fear my brain may explode listening to the Fox Sports call

I actually liked the purple. Going with the royal theme of the year i guess. Was a better performance this week. Was great the digby got pulled and not HB, as Ioane was quiet all match. I like HB's hard straight running. No duck and weave, go over the top instead of around. Not a lot of aussie wingers are like that at the moment. I only recall two mistakes from him, missing the high ball which resulted in the first penalty to Eng, and losing the ball in contact. He made a lot of the correct decisions, cutting inside when pushed towards the touchline. Great to see he finally is in the mix. (and getting ball)

I like barnes a lot better at 15 than fly or inside centre, he was solid under the high ball, kicked for the post wells, wasn't ever out of position much. Had more time to think on his next move.

Taps and AAC in the centres is a much better solution than we have had before. A passing/stepping inside, to a hard non-flashy outside, who can pass when needed.

Phipps wasn't as bad as i remember him, but still think we could use a better 9.

The forwards are for another post i think. good to see sharpie get a bit of claret
