"12 Years a Supporter" starring the #SeaOfBlue
THat still seems to be at odds with the fact that they had to work hard to stop the Rebels becoming insolvent and arrange the put.
Nor does it consider the second put option which Linda Reynolds mentioned and wasn't denied by any ARU personality.
I think there were several ways the ARU could have boned the Rebels, but they chose not to.
C'mon the
True there was another resignation in there

Recommendation 1
4.15 The committee recommends that the Australian Sports Commission
consider an additional principle to be introduced in the Commission's Sports
Governance Principles in relation to National Sporting Organisations'
commitment and duty to player welfare.
is direct, therefore the ASC have been alerted at least.
Recommendation 6
4.37 The committee recommends the Australian Rugby Union consider
implementing measures outside of state based bodies which ensure the
involvement and engagement with grassroots rugby union supporters,
particularly in relation to consultation in decision making processes that concern
significant change to the nature and future direction of the sport.
Recommendation 7
4.38 The committee recommends that the Commonwealth Government
examine the structure of sporting organisations in Australia with a view to
maximising community involvement, and increasing the accountability and
transparency of organisations that bear the custodianship of a sport.
Although thew ASC isn't mentioned directly, I would contend that, if the government should choose to uphold these recommendations, the ASC is the body that will be doing the actual grunt work.

Bakkies, a great chance to make a comment on the Roar along the lines of "get over it. stop all your whinging, move on, it's done so just suck it up, what makes you think you're special....... etc etc. Can't believe how up in arms they all are when it's finally in their own backyard. And sounds like Dave & the team are hopefuly retaining a tight unit till they come back to WA for the TwiggyBall.
And did anyone poke TWAS about his wrong comments on salary caps?
On the topic of TWAS he is starting to be obtuse about the Force home games not being important for European and SA viewers
