Thats sort of what I meant but being a bit of a cynic I think there is a lot of communication going on between 3rd party sponsors and the clubs which they shouldn't be doing. Canberra doesn't have much by way of big companies like Perth or Brisbane or Sydney.

I was over in Canberra last weekend (referee exchange between WARURA & ACTRRA) and Mine Host was mentioning exactly that - unless you're employed by the Fed. Govt. in some capacity you probably work in IT if you live in Canberra. I hadn't realised how small it was in terms of industry. I'd assume these IT companies have a fair bit of money but?

(Oh, and no, we didn't exchange for good, only a weekend, so yes, I'm back in Perth now... sorry if that disappoints anyone )
