In days of dome and gloom, I turn to selecting XV's...
Here's one version of what 2025 might "look like".
Most are signed, others assumed long term unofficial commitment for various reasons-
1 Harry Hoopert
2 Brandon Paega-Amosa
3 Tom Robertson
4 Izack Rodda
5 Sam Carter
6 Jeremy Williams
7 Carlo Tizzano
8 Will Harris
9 Isaak Fines-Leleiwasa
10 Ben Donaldson
11 Ronan Leahy
12 Reesjan Pasitoa
13 Bailey Kuenzle
14 Harry Potter
15 Kurtley Beale
16 Tom Horton
17 Atu Moli
18 Marley Pearce
19 Felix Kalapu
20 Tim Anstee
21 Nick White
22 Cambell Parata
23 Max Burey

Some differences to my version of what 2025 could look like and my reasons.
1 Tom Robertson
2 Tom Horton (TBC *Brandon Paega-Amosa)
3 Santiago Medrano - He is no longer the Argie that came over but I consider home here at the Force
4 Izack Rodda (Please let me watch you in Force colours)
5 Felix Kalapu (*Sam Carter only signed for this season?)
6 Jeremy Williams
7 Carlo Tizzano
8 Will Harris
9 Nick White (Interchangeable depending on opposition, but so far I think Nick does well setting up the game and IFLs injection of speed)
10 Ben Donaldson
11 Chase Tiatia - From his and Reesjan's podcasts I feel is good for morale. Little less on the penalties and more of the breaks
12 Hamish Stewart
13 Bailey Kuenzle
14 Rohan Leahy
15 Harry Potter (*Kurtley Beale only signed for this year and can see chasing bigger money elsewhere)
16 Feleti Kaitu'u - Return to the Feleti of old
17 Harry Hoopert / Marley Pearce - we need depth and cover
18 Siosifa Amone / Atu Moli
19 Tom Franklin / Sam Carter / Both
20 Tim Anstee
21 Isaak Fines-Leleiwasa
22 Reesjan Pasitoa - Utility bench - if Stewart leaves then slots into 12
23 Max Burey
Stopped being lazy and I found a Roar article stating BPA has signed with the Force, I had thought this was still at rumour/ speculation stage.
I hope you are right about Sam Carter, your reasoning is logical.
White and Fines I still see equally. Shares my feeling with Anstee. First I couldn't believe he was on the bench at start of season then I thought, for the first time in a long time. What a nice problem to have.
Tiatia on the bench is a good call.
I agree if Stewart doesn't remain then I see Pasitoa slotting in there. I don't see Donaldson getting pushed currently.
Kuenzle has looked optimal on wing, wrap a head band around and have him repeat the mantra "up the guts, swing it wide and in the corner"
If you are right about KB then this will be interesting to watch.
Jackson Pugh, Wilton Rebolo and Ollie Cummins have been released already.
No doubt there will be some movement, possibly including a couple of the emergencies from this year, as happens every season, just going from those currently committed and presumed to be committed (Williams being touted as a long term Captain but yet to sign beyond '24 for instance).
However, I would see a consistent availability of this 23 being a fringe top 6. Without considering the other 4 lists for contracts it's a bit hard to know what optimism there is for "big names" (aside from Rebels collapse).

CONFIRMED: Wallabies hooker Brandon Paenga-Amosa signed on a long-term contract, commencing June 2024.

Great news. With what we have or hopefully retain next year is looking exciting. Again.
After watching Angus Crichton's barnstorming performance for the Chooks last night I couldn't help wondering what a good Spink replacement he might have made.
