From what I understand the bar codes that were not scanned were manually counted, which of course would not be to accurate, but certainly not thousands, perhaps a few hundred more.
Some of reasons for the cards not scanning have been that they are still in the plastic cover, always take your card out to scan. And also some have double scanned without really knowing because it happens so quick with the hand movemnet.
Either way RugbyWA are confident 27,011 is a pretty accurate figure for the match, but they reckon we sounded like 35,000!!
They have still asked anyone that had issues to please contact them at RugbyWA.

No way is that accurate, the city end of the ground on the lower level is usually empty other then the blue crew, and even that had people in it. There were noticably more people in the upper level as well. Tell em their dreamin.........
