That is nice, but none of that is going to come from nutrition, weights, or super buff-ness. Not that any of them aren't good things, but IMO they need to be developed by spending loads of time on the park, running meaningful drills in proper combinations until they can do it for 100 minutes with their eyes shut. Because the 'high skill' has been pretty elusive for a long time, but it surely isn't going to be found in the gym.
