Great only 6 pages of AFL rather that 10! Maybe a full page on Rugby, maybe not...

you think thats bad in adelaide we get next to nothing about the rugby, but if we are lucky we may get a small article in a corner somewhere but that is still pretty rare

If in the unlikely event we miss out on the semis by a point, Jonker should hanged, drawn and quartered. And the TMO should have known better... Anyone watch the live telecast who can tell me what the commentary said?
Is it really though. If it had been the other way round and Chiefs would have scored to win the game but blantantly knocked it on and the Ref didn't pull it up wouldn't you be monumentally pissed off? I would. I also think had the TMO said to Jonker 'No I can't tell you that' then Jonker would just have called a knock-on. So long as it does go back too far and the refs having the TMO do their job for them I think it's pretty reasonable if they ask specific questions like: Was he offside? or did he knock-on? but not questions like is there any reason I can't award the try?

The ref actually asked the TMO (sports ears) if there was a knock on prior to the ball being grounded. The answer was yes and they would go back to th eoriginal penalty.

Well like I said at the TAB, last time I bet against the they won, so it appears my 1 vDollar on the chiefs to win was money well spent!

I might put a buck on the 'Canes next week too!
