Whew, that's a relief, so you should be able to quickly tell me why it is trying to charge me $940 for a single gold seat, and why when trying to log on to renew the other two tickets it says that neither of the email addresses they sent the renewal notices to exist on their database...?

Yeah I noticed that and just unchecked the box so I wasn't charged for it at renewal.
