Oh yeah that. It's in the Allianz Stadium precinct isn't it? State of the art Rugby center included. Anyone we know around there that might, coincidentally of course, benefit from that, I wonder? It was originally supposed to be in the more central location of Eastwood. Available to club teams when not being used. Pity; could have been more accessible to, oh I don't know say Parramatta, West Harbour, Penrith. Oh well, that's the way the cookie crumbles I guess.

I'm starting to form the opinion that Billy pulver resignation had been planned for the day that arbitration result was announced, regardless of which way the result went.
Solely to protect Clone and the faceless, opinion less, spineless board members hiding under his skirts.
Hopefully the application for right of appeal and injunction will be upheld. I reckon the ARU will tire of the fight pretty soon, either that, or their cries of poverty will begin to unravel.
The more times we can take this to court, the better for us imho.

That's only partially true, they need enough money to get to the end of the case, which is why lots of big companies can get a favourable out of court settlement. ARU can't keep this going until the middle of next year, the court costs alone would start to hurt. Let alone the fact that an injunction barring them from killing the force would only need to be in effect until march for the force to compete next year. The fixture, ticketing, stadium bookings, etc will be in place before the end of September, they might be able to negotiate flexible arrangements up until the start of the season, but how would they change the draw once one team has played the force?

What's to stop SANZAAR ignoring the proceedings and going ahead without us. Are they, as a joint venture, subject to the injunction.
Once you finished reading the Crawford Report, read the Garcia report, about the 2022 World Cup bids (under Lowy). It states that the "New Order" FFA paid a FIFA executive committee member, to vote for it's World Cup bid. A new board only introduced a new set of piggies to the trough.
So just to be clear is Wednesday the last option we have? No government magic contract with the ARU and the money the WA government spent? What would need to show to receive right to appeal?
What I found interesting is when the press conference had finished and De-Clyne was answering questions - a Journo asked him what about the support the Western Force has received.
He then became very defensive of the Rebels saying -Oh, they have been very vocal and spoken to us as well.
He looked like a school boy who had done something wrong and was trying to defend his actions.

"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!" - Rocky Balboa
Kerry Stokes has now come in to back the Force, Yay! The powers that be are coming out to support! Twiggy's been pulling some strings! Thank you god!
that's good news re Kerry Stokes - but I got the sense off kick chase this evening that next Wednesday is the last chance? (Canno did a great job) Are there any other avenues after that. I have just emailed all Federal WA based politicians with a letter asking them to raise the issue and the disgust of western australians and rugby fans in general on the floor of parliament.
If anyone wants the list of addresses - happy to share them
