That was a tough loss, far too many handling errors no game plan what so ever, marcels spilt try early in the game pretty much summed on the night.....
It looked like RG came back for the week to teach ball handling skills! Woeful! How many turnovers just as there was a chance of scoring?
We need 3 from 3 now! At least then we can say we've beaten all the Au teams! Sorry I must be dreaming!
May the FORCE be with you!
Marcel after the game was very cool. The laugh and joke he had with my young fella was gold! He's now another favourite player with my young bloke. Well done marcel you're a great ambassador for the game. He played alright as well. Personally I'd keep that backline. I hope someone shows Sias the replay of his dummy and line break because it should prove to him he can do shit like that.
Japan and the Pacific Islands for Aussie Super 9's!
Let's have one of these in WA! Click this link: Saitama Super Arena - New Perth Stadium?
If a couple of those near misses in the first half had led to tries for the Force last night, it might have been a different outcome. The Highlanders played well though, and used the ball better......even when kicking. Ben Smith must be worth at least 2, or even 3 players for them..!
The boys looked like they spent the week off, having a week off. That and covering their hands with butter.
Woeful, performance from pretty much all the forwards, and not much better from the backs. DHP made some good runs, but 3 or 4 times didn't pass to a man outside him (usually Badger or Morahan) and instead got caught and killed the move. Shouldn't have been MoM; Brache played well - keep him at 13 - chased kicks, ran when given the chance and defended well, from what I could tell.
But what's with a game-plan that involved kicking to (probably) the best back three in Super Rugby? And if that wasn't Foley's game-plan, then why did he wait ~70 minutes to hook Sias for Burton?
That performance will lose the Force more memberships for next year; uninspiring and inept
Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
May lose some of our best players as well as memberships. Very, very disappointed. From finals contenders to wooden spooners in the space of 12 months. That's some fall :-(

Is there an attack coach in the house?
Apparently I won the #bestinblue thing at the game last night. Anyone know what I won?? Is it a signed 2015 jersey??

Seriously tough game to watch. Such promising attacking opportunities in the first half, completely fizzled out in the second. Could have/should have come much closer than that.
Kicking is definitely a gameplan thing. When you see DHP take a catch just inside our half, run it back to the 10m line unopposed, then put in a bomb you know he is under instructions. That happened at least once, when running it back would have made more ground and retained possession. It was so frustrating!
I'd like an honest, open, post mortem from RugbyWA at the end of this season. If they love the SeaOfBlue as much as they keep saying they do then they at least owe us an explanation as to why this season was such a disaster. And I don't mean by sending us one of those wanky mea culpa letters like they sent us a couple of years ago. Everyone sees through that stuff! They need some fan forums so we can eyeball them! Lol
