I think we should sign him. He must be at an all time low and if TWF show faith in him and give him a chance we have a good chance of him paying that faith back.
I don't think he has gone to far down the slippery slope. Nothing criminal that we have heard of, just stupidity and some typical gen y behaviour.
A good tight contract is what's needed and maybe have one of our senior players mentoring him and slapping him around if he plays the tool.

I know exactly where you're coming from Kev, but I don't think he will come back from France. If he goes over there he won't be called on being an arrogant little prick and his game won't improve, therefore nobody will pay him enough money to entice him back to Aus.

Now if the Force think that's the only way out of this mess, I'll be OK with that, I haven't spoken to the boy, they have. I do however have a problem with people giving up on young blokes and selling them down the river (that's a complete last resort in my books)

Is the meeting at Western Force on for tomorrow night? If any of you guys are going maybe you'll be getting an update on what has been decided and what general thoughts are. I was hesitant about JOC coming to the Force in case of any disruption he can cause to the team. But then again, the team itself can prove to be stronger mettle than he is and probably quite likely able to take him in hand - it is one of his last chances and it would be a pity to see Aussie talent ending up overseas and lost to the good of rugby. I feel Foley and the team would be the best bet for sorting it out and possibly the ARU have left the option open so the Force can still tie up the contract, gain a talent and bash some sense into Homebrand at the same time.
