Not too often actually, I'm probably a bit lucky in that respect as we're not right in the heart of the lout area in Northbridge. I do get some pretty dumb ones though, some who will say things like "It says 4 hours on the cover, so how long is this DVD?" The answer being 4 hours. But otherwise they're OK.
