Weren't there less teams then that in the early days anyway? Super 6 rugby anyone?

    Weak as Tahs, Weak as.

    Less Teams = Higher Quaity.

Queensland were actually good before you bought their players

So shouldn't the Tahs have been even better to make up the lack of ACT? Or have they just not been good enough to win a final?

Not good enough to win a final. Thats pretty obvious. Too many Union franchises in Oz. Boot out ACT.

    No they weren't.

And if you are going to use that logic...then I guess Rugby league used to be good before you took all their players.

Rugby League has depth, the Waratahs don't, if they did they wouldn't keep buying their players

Quite a few Brumbies in there eh Moses.

What's to bet 20 years from now the Tahs (if they haven't been bought out by the Force) will have half their lineup as ex Force players.

To be fair, Mose Tuialii has had some brilliant games for the Saders but goes missing in the games where the forwards are under seige, same happened when he wore a black jersey. Some players can be outstanding at provencial level but find test match footy tough to find their feet (over-awed?, different style? dunno)
Palu was frightening (at times) ball in hand. I had thought he was another fatty islander but he showed some of the 'right stuff' at S14 level. He appears to be needed in close or he's hiding at test level.

A mate of mine has just got back from Sydney and says he cannot understand why people talk of limited depth at prop in Oz. He thought there were heaps of very large very good front rowers. I reckon there is probably a fair bit of 'old school tie' in Sydney still.

i think he was trying to ask a hypothetical question flame, which is surprising that given the average Queenslanders intelligence level
