chis , what are you talking about?
, the wallabies , crusaders, waratahs, geelong hawthorn even man utd all use committees, it is simply a notion of the players asking for some input, not leaving it all up to one voice.
i am sure there is absolutely thousands of things that mitchell could be doing of use to the force.
i could write a list if you like?
I'm not suggesting he must, but perhaps John Mitchell could accompany some of the players to community development type sessions.
Alternatively, he could undertake a few community based tasks where he gets his hands dirty.
I only suggest this as it may help with the 'perception' he does things for money and money only.
He, like the players, need to shed the image of getting rich from firepower money. Money that was raised illegally from innocent investors.
Muddy
I quite like Chisel's views on people mgt and development. I believe they worked well in the 1800's and occassionally are still applied in the odd communist state.
so what your saying is personnel name calling will answer the question that your coach has a second job while your team is struggling. if he has a board meeting on, or a committee meeting with the force at the same time as a board meeting which comes first?
he is being payed alot by your club because he was "the best coach for the job" but he seems to have the "perception" that he is interested in setting himself up not the club. i dont know another coach who is not ful, full time!
also, i understand the lack of understanding and belief you have in yourself chis and pieter but name calling and espeicially the use of a minority group label as an insult is probably the lowest form of rebuttal know to man, if you cant contribute to the actual topic perhaps you can find a brain teaser on the back of a weetbix box to keep you occupied untill your old enough to leave the house!
