Coach perhaps we should decide which Songs/Chants in this thread are the best and all add them to the sheets!...
And also add the TWF logo onto it somewhere so we get some promotion for the website at the same time!...
Of course we would have to check with someone at the Force to make sure we are allowed to do this and so forth....As some events you cant hand stuff out unless the club has given permission
This would also work great when the opposition are kicking for a penalty or conversion... The kicker will be expecting noise. Would be very unsettling to have complete silence.Originally Posted by Burgs

Shouldn't be too hard to do that one if if we all tell those around us pre game and then do a whole "ssshhh sssshhhh" type reminder as the ref awards the kick?
There is half an hour pre game to spread the word a little about ideas with your neighbours.
Still haven't heard a word out of RWA about the official song, maybe they don't think we'll need it this week![]()
That's how it should be!Originally Posted by Mambo No. 5

Are you saying that it is the right thing as far as being good sports or the right thing as a one eyed supporter trying to put off the opposition?
there in lays the rub - the opposition will never be sure![]()
Dear Lord, if you give us back Johnny Cash, we'll give you Justin Bieber.
I think it was mentioned in a previous thread but make sure that people round you are aware that booing is not appropriate during kicks....it just makes us look like a bunch of ignorant bastards.
Go the Force
Just happy to be here
My mate who I'm sitting with has stopped booing now (he booed at the SA game last year, but stopped for the trial - I showed him the error of his ways), I was shocked at how many did it at Subi against SA. Although saying that it started to creep in at the Millenium Stadium before I left the UK, but the die-hards still showed respect....Originally Posted by The EnForcer

a lot of people boo still
mainly at the opposition but the gold members get a cop of flack when the wave comes their way
To some its a six-pack, to me it's a support group.
I can stomach it if it's a REALLY poor ref being booed, but booing at opposition kickers is wrong.Originally Posted by luke_the_pom

Throwing crap into the air during the wave is juvenial.
I went to a one dayer at the WACA quite a few years ago and people were throwing full cartons of Choc milk into the air. I finished the day covered in sticky crap.
I have never like the wave since. Too many f*#ck'd in the head people participate and ruin it for all the rest.
Right - got that of my chest!
when you saying booing is bad i agree
but what about blowing a horn or other noises such as baning on thundersticks, fences etc??
just want to know other opinions so i dont offend anyone.... coz i dont boo but i can become quite loud after a few drinks... as with everyone![]()

i tend to start singing after ive had a few drinks![]()
but i lik the suggestion put forward of the force crowd bein silent when the opposition have the ball then we start cheering when force goes for it.
it must be done![]()
for my sounds off chant that is written earlier in this thread
Just for the brumbies game what about changing the verse

To some its a six-pack, to me it's a support group.
