    I was a numpty and hit buy new membership instead of renew and change. (Was changing from blue to bronze)

    Been trying to sort it out with Force membership so that its a renewal not a new one, took about a week to get a response to my email which didn't address the problem, so replied again and still waiting. Its my mistake but thought it be something easy to fix.

    You're probably better off ringing Western Force Memberships on 1300 853 401 and having a chat with someone.

    If you can get an answer on that toll-free number - I've been trying since last Friday .
    (And they are hopelessly slow in responding to emails.)

    Just google RugbyWA and call the main line. Works for me every time.

    The wheels seem to have fallen off the membership renewal system this year.
    I can't complete my renewal using the on-line web portal, the 1300 number rings out and emails sent to the membership email address don't get answered (perhaps my email address has been added to their junk mail filter list?).

    if you are buying tickets, you need to add them, then pay, then you will be able to pay for your membership. i had the same worry, and called up, but it was doing what it was meant to do. just but the tix, then pay for the membership after

    Must admit when I renewed my membership I rang RugbyWA main line and asked for membership renewals and got put straight through.

    Been living that for weeks. Did manage to get through to memberships on the odd occasion and they have assured me that it is now all sorted, despite still getting endless email and SMS reminders...we'll see I guess. Renewal site is still not working either, so likely it will happen again next year. Something to do with the move to Ticketek apparently.

    Well, following on from my post lamenting the state of my bank balance. The Memberships team has, just today, offered me a complimentary supporter membership to see me through the year and hopefully to a time when I can afford to get back into it.

    Needless to say, I'm delighted and whilst I won't be able to make all the games, I'll still be counted as one of the sea of blue next season.

    It certainly makes it a lot easier to campaign with the director of finance to buy a full membership for 2017!
