Yes, Rugby has a home in Hawaii. In my time, there was a six team round-robin comp, presently there is a comp just not sure what the current makeup is. There is also an annual "international tournament" usually held about mid-year.
It is a truely international sport and where ever you find Rugby, you'll be sure to find a Harlequin
