yeah. you're right about that. the midnight flight out was one thing - to avoid the media. but he could have addressed the group and apologised. everyone probably knew he had a gambling problem in the first place.
we didnt need him to do a news conference and apologise though. he didnt steal from us.
it might have helped him keep some respect from the boys if he said it to them. but, we'll never know now though.
The bloke was farking useless as a player. He played like he had been at the casino till dawn.
